The location is exceptional, very close to the Osaka Castle and the JR metro line. The hotel itself is very large and has several restaurants and other facilities. We had a wonderful view towards the castle. The buffet breakfast is very complete and very good, with both oriental and western options.

This hotel has the best concierge. They went above and beyond to make our stay in Osaka both fun and memorable. While the rooms were a bit dated, everything was clean and comfortable. The view from our rooms of the Osaka Castle and the river with Cherry Blossoms trees was spectacular. Each morning I ran around the moat and through the parks near the castle. Beautiful scenery and delicious food stand everywhere. One afternoon, we ate desserts at the sweets buffet on the 1st floor of the hotel. It was delicious. We also ate at the restaurant on the 18th floor. Steak and scallops were grilled to perfection. Lastly, room service had a great American style breakfast. The metro was just a short walk from the hotel.

Excellent location. We stayed during cherry blossom with a castle view room and simply wont forget the view with the river, castle and the full bloom we witnessed around the castle and the river. Just amazing

The interior of the lobby of the hotel was very nice and it was walking distance from the Osaka Castle. It was close to a metro station, which was convenient. We liked that the hotel had tennis courts. We were able to use it, but paid extra fees. The staff was very friendly.

We felt like we'd landed in a choice part of Osaka, with an extraordinary view to Osaka Castle and its parkland. It was a highlight and daily pleasure, particularly at dusk with the sunset reflecting on the moat and at night with the castle lit up. Staff were kind and generous with local knowledge. The breakfast buffet was well-catered and delicious. Short walk to quality local restaurants and the train station.

Staff were amazing, very attentive and smiling from the moment you walk in the front door to the moment you leave. Great location, close to metro, Osaka castle and a short metro ride to other attractions. Breakfast was good

Wonderful location and amazingly helpful and attentive staff. It felt like a beyond first class experience being brought up to our room and shown around the hotel as we went. We had a great view of Osaka Castle from our room and the location right next to both the Castle Park and an Osaka Loop train station makes it the perfect place to be.

The breakfast is best of town. The room is nice and clean with very good view. Very good service which I feel very warm welcomed by the hotel.

All the employees were very helpful, professional, and hospitable. Room was clean and tidy. View in-our room was beautiful and memorable. The location was safe and quiet near the train station and convenience store.
